If you’re looking for a convenient location in a nice subdivision without a home owner’s association this is the subdivision for you! Country Club Manor/Chalet Woods offers true small town community charm. The streets are lined   with mature trees and the lots are large and private!

There are approximately 1,200 homes in this single family community that enjoys award winning Fairfax County Schools...Deer Park and Cub Run Elementary, Stone Middle and Westfield High.

There is no homeowners association (or association fee) in these communities~but you are right next to Chantilly Country Club and its abundant recreational facilities! Developed in the late 1960′s,  Country Club Manor/Chalet Woods is an established neighborhood with mature trees featuring a variety of architectural styles including traditional colonials, ramblers, split-levels, and split-foyers.   Most home is on 1/4 acre lots, but there are few slightly larger lots up to about a half acre. The Country Club Manor community is bordered by the Chantilly National Golf and Country Club, the Cub Run Stream Valley Park, and Braddock Road.  

The Fairways is a small, charming, secluded enclave of about 100 single family homes  built in the 1980's surrounded on three sides by the Chantilly National Golf and Country Club. With only one entrance and no cut through streets it provides the privacy and seclusion normally found in more upscale neighborhoods. There is no homeowners association (or association fee) It is an extension of Country Club Manor / Chalet Woods. 

There are a lot of nearby facilities of which you can take advantage. Easy access to adjacent Chalet Woods Park,  the subdivision is surrounded by forests, particularly Cub Run Park.  Also bordering the subdivision is Chantilly National Golf and Country Club.You may also be able to take advantage of the subdivision’s own Deer Park elementary school’s Country Club Site Park, which contains green space and baseball diamonds.

Country Club Manor is in a great location for commuters.  You can easily access nearby Braddock Road or Lee Highway (rt. 29) and take those to Sully Road (rt. 28) and I-66.  Fairfax County Parkway (7100) and rt. 50.

Shopping and restaurants are also close by.  Nearby shopping centers include Trinity Post Plaza, Centrewood Plaza, and Centreville Crest.  Take rt. 29 to rt. 50 which has many stores and restaurants, or use I-66 to reach the major shopping areas such as Fair Lakes and the very popular Fair Oaks Mall.        

          

Chalet Woods Park 

Chalet Woods Park is a 10 acre part with lit tennis courts, lit basketball courts a shaded playground, walking and hiking trails. The trails run into the Cub Run Trail System. 

          

   Country Club Manor, Chalet Woods and The Fairways are close to Chantilly National Golf and Country Club which is a private, member-owned Club nestled among 214 rolling green acres. The country club offers all the amenities – Golf, Tennis, Swimming and first class Dining. They recently completed major renovations to the Clubhouse, Golf Course, Locker Rooms and the Pool Facility.

             

The CuRun Rec Center and Cub Run Park  are nearby. The Cub Run Stream Valley Park is a great place to unwind and connect with nature.  The Cub Run Stream Valley Park features 900 acres with a network of trails to explore and get up close with nature.The Cub Run Rec Center is a 65,000 square foot facility that includes a 4,860 square foot leisure entertainment pool featuring two water slides and a water playground, a 25-yard by 25-meter swimming pool, a 9,600 square foot fitness center and two multipurpose rooms. The natatorium leisure pool includes a 30-foot-high slide that exits the building in an enclosed tube, a 20-foot-high slide with an open tube, a spa, a vortex, a current channel, an open shallow water area and a water playground with interactive play features, a tiny-tot slide and a zero depth entry. The 25-yard by 25-meter competition pool includes a state-of-the-art Poseidon drowning detection system, two 1-meter diving boards and a seating capacity of 175.

The fitness center offers strength training equipment, cardio equipment, group fitness classes. There is a nature program with a resident naturalist. Classes and programs take advantage of the nearby Sully Woodlands and 1,400 foot nature trail with the naturalist as a guide. Children's classes, family programs, summer nature camps, scout badges, school field trips and in-depth nature study for adults are also available. Cub Run Rec Center’s Multi-purpose Room holds classes in fitness and recreation such as dance, arts and crafts, sports, martial arts, drama and photography. Both nature and birthday parties are available for booking in the party room.

            

 

Centreville is part of the Nationally recognized Public School System. Country Club Manor, Chalet Woods and The Fairways students attend 2 elementary Schools, Cub Run and Deer Park, Stone Middle School and Westfield High School.
