ABOUT VIRGINIA RUN                                                                  

Virginia Run is a 1,405 home, master-planned community on 1,200 acres in western Fairfax County, Virginia. Nestled within parkland, Virginia Run features traditional, single-family homes on lush one-third to five acre lots.

Children and adults connect with neighbors and nature on interlacing street sidewalks and an extensive trail system which meanders through Virginia Runs common ground and wooded parkland and flowering meadows. 

The award-winning 18th century style Community Center attracts residents with its enormous swimming pool, tennis courts and tot lot. A second recreation center features tennis courts, basketball court, tot lot and softball and soccer field. Community activities and clubs bring residents together for fun, recreation and charity events. 

Virginia Run children attend Virginia Run Elementary School (located in the community), Stone Middle School and the new state-of-the-art Westfield High School – all part of the renowned Fairfax County Public School System. Many excellent private schools are also nearby. 

Virginia Run is near churches, golf courses, Bull Run Regional Park, Manassas National Battleground, riding stables, and shopping malls. Virginia Run is located just 25 miles west of exciting Washington, DC, with convenient access to the entire DC metropolitan area.  


Sully Station is an award winning planned community located on over 1,100 beautifully landscaped acres in Western Fairfax County. Sully Station is comprised of approximately 1,000 residences including single family homes and townhomes.

The community is conveniently located in the very heart of the Dulles Corridor. Route’s 28,50, 66, and 29 are all within a 3-mile radius of Sully Station. It’s less than 8 miles from Dulles Airport, and 25 miles to downtown Washington, DC. Sully Station is adjacent to Westfield’s – a major employment center that is home to Westfield’s Conference Center, The National Reconnaissance Office, and several major technology companies.
The Sully Station community takes advantage of Deer Park & Cub Run Elementary schools, Stone Middle, and Westfield High School.

Two shopping centers located within or adjacent to Sully Station provide quick & easy access to two major grocery stores, and an excellent assortment of stores providing the goods & services you would expect. And major shopping venues like Fair Lakes, Fair Oaks, Dulles Corner, Reston Town Center and Tyson’s Corner are all within easy striking distance.  


Centre Ridge is a sought after community of just over 1,000 townhomes and approximately 275 single family homes built on rolling hills with many great mountain views! The community is close to restaurants, shopping and movie theatres giving it convenient city feel, yet offering the great views and community you look for in a more rural setting.

Centre Ridge offers community center with swimming pool, tot lots and miles of walking and biking trails nearby and is only a few short miles from Dulles airport and commuter routes
such as I-66.  

Take advantage of the Fairfax County Park Authority’s numerous programs near Eleanor C. Lawrence Park. Try your luck on the fairway, with Chantilly National Golf and Country Club, the International Golf and Country Club or Twin Lakes Golf Course. You’ll appreciate the readily available shopping, with Old Centreville Crossing, Newgate and Centrewood Shopping Centers conveniently located for quick stops. Fair Oaks Mall, one of the area’s finest, is minutes away.


Country Club Manor/Chalet Woods offers true small town community charm. The streets are lined with mature trees and the lots are large and private!

There are approximately 1,200 homes in this single family community that enjoys award winning Fairfax County Schools…Deer Park and Cub Run Elementary, Stone Middle and Westfield High.

There is no homeowners association (or association fee) in these communities~but you are right next to Chantilly Country Club and its abundant recreational facilities! 


The Fairways is a small, charming, secluded enclave of about 100 single family homes built in the 1980’s surrounded on three sides by the Chantilly National Golf and Country Club. With only one entrance and no cut through streets it provides the privacy and seclusion normally found in more upscale neighborhoods. There is no homeowners association (or association fee) 


Belle Pond Farm is a community of 191 single family homes conveniently located within minutes of I-66, Westfields Business Center and the Dulles Airport! Some of the homes back to 650 acre Ellanor C Lawrence Park offering 4 miles of trails, exercise stations, athletic fields, picnic tables and hiking trails. 






Sequoia Farms is a lovely single family development featuring 348 single family homes homes. This community offers pool, poolhouse, tennis, community events, a community swim team and pedestrian access to Ellanor C Lawrence Park. The homes are conveniently located to I-66, Westfields business center and Dulles Airport. 


London Towne, with  it’s many mature trees and open spaces offers the feel of a college campus!  The 666 quality built brick townhomes offer a variety of floor plans. Tot lots and open spaces abound! Located next to London Towne, London Towne West offers 533 townhomes on a wooded site backing to parkland.





Compton Village is a blend of detached homes, town houses and condominiums on 180 acres of rollng terrain off of Rt. 28 in Centreville, about 2 miles south of I-66 This planned development community offers 549 housing units including 133 single family homes. There are also 16 condominium units in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood schools are Centreville Elementary, Liberty Middle School and Centreville High School. 

Compton Village has a Community Center and Pool, two tennis courts, a general purpose court, four tot lots, nature trails through wooded areas, and a pond with a gazebo.

Gate Post Estates is a single-family home subdivision located near the western border of Fairfax County off Route 29 and conveniently situated near Interstate 66 and Route 28 corridors. One is immediately charmed by interesting hills and vistas, the spaciousness of its lots, the bike/walk paths along Cub Run.  The subdivision has two distinct parts: the “original” section located nearest to Rt. 29 and built by former Battlefield Builders, and the newer section “Gate Post Estates (GPE) II” which was built by Richmond American, Ferguson-Flynn, and the Airston Group.  There are 44 lots in the original section. Gate Post Estates II consists of 150 lots.The original section does not have a homeowners association, although Gate Post Estates II does. There is a Gate Post Estates Citizens Association which is comprised primarily of the original section’s homeowners but is open to membership for all the Gate Post Estates.  


Newgate is a planned community located in Centreville, Virginia approx. 20 miles west of Washington D.C. Easy access to I – 66 and Routes 28/29. Convenient to Dulles Intl. Airport, “Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center” (The Smithsonian Institution’s National Air and Space Museum), E. C. Lawrence and Bull Run Parks, as well as Fair Oaks Mall, Dulles Town Center, Fair Lakes Shopping Center and Dulles Expo Center. 

Newgate consists of 807 homes, both townhomes. The community offers a variety of recreational activities hosted through our community swimming pool, pool house, newly designed basketball and tennis courts, and tot lots. The community is partially surrounded by a Fairfax County Park where one can enjoy nature walks beside a wooded stream.  


Faircrest is a planned community of townhome, single family and condominium homes conveniently located off of Rt. 29 in Centreville, Virginia. The community is one of the newest in Centreville, offering nearly 270 single f
amily homes and over 600 townhomes. 
The community offers many amenities to include swimming pool, tot lots and a clubhouse.



Little Rocky Run is a planned community of 2722 homes consisting of 1653 single family homes and 1069 townhomes on 950 acres – with 215 acres kept as open space. The community amenities include three recreation centers, three swimming pools with adjoining baby pools, 16 tot lots, seven tennis courts (two are lighted), and three basketball/multipurpose courts as well as numerous picnic and play areas and miles of paved paths connected to public sidewalks for walking, jogging, and bicycling. 

Children attend Union Mill Elementary School (located in the community), Liberty Middle School and Centreville High School.  

The community offers organized swimming, soccer, baseball, softball, football, and basketball leagues. Other organized activities available to our young residents include Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Eagle Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Brownies. Dance classes for young people are available in one of our recreation centers.  

Periodic free tennis clinics are available to both adults and children.  

The community sponsors seasonal events such as a Visit with Santa party, a Spring Egg Hunt, a Halloween parade and party, and a Yard Sale.

( No, I am not an idiot.  Yes, I know Little Rocky Run is a Clifton mailing address but since it is essentially a Centreville neighborhood so I included it here.  This was intentional.) 


The Cabell’s Mill community takes its name from the historic Cabell’s Mill located in Ellanor C Lawrence Park which is adjacent to this community. This is a community of 308 single family homes occupying about 125 acres. 



Singleton’s Grove is a Centreville Subdivision of 675 two and three level townhomes and 8 roads. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces and some have garages. There is community swimming pool and the neighborhood is conveniently located close to Rt 28 off of New Braddock Road.





Green Trails is a Centreville community of 404 townhomes and 228 single family homes.  It is centrally located near schools, shopping and major commuter routes.  There is a multipurpose court, community pool, 4 tot lots, tennis court and a clubhouse. Students go to Centreville Elementary, Liberty Middle School and Centreville High School. 


Crofton Commons is townhome community located in Centreville,  along Route 28/Centreville Road, just minutes away from Custis Memorial Parkway/I-66. Crofton Commons offers secluded living and quick access to many nearby parks, historical spots, shopping centers like Fair Lakes and Fair Oaks Mall just down I-66, and many other attractions you expect being so close to the Nation`s Capitol.  There is a community Pool and Izaak Walkton Park, Manassas National Battlefield Park, Bull Run Regional Park, General`s Ridge and Westfields Golf Course are also just a few minutes away.
